Delivery Options

Postage/Delivery:
Please allow 10 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch.
During our 15% and 10% promotions and the final weeks before the start of term this can increase to 20 days.
We provide postage/delivery options to all customers within the UK being the following:
Standard postage - £6.00 - this is either delivered by our company delivery drivers or sent via Royal Mail's first class and signed for. (this usually takes up to 5 working days from posting however, for full terms and conditions please see Royal Mail's website)
FREE Postage - if your order (before postage) is to at least the value of £75 then you qualify for FREE standard postage on your order.
Not going to be in?
That's fine, we will automatically try to leave your parcel with your neighbour if you're not in.
If you want to tell us your preferred neighbour, or a safe place at your property, please enter your preferred door number in the comment section or select your safe place from the drop down.
PLEASE NOTE: If you provide a safe place instruction, G and S by Valentino LTD cannot be held responsible for the safety and security of the packages. Safe place instructions are only possible for orders delivered by our private company delivery drivers.
Click & Collect:
Please DO NOT try to collect your goods until you receive confirmation that your order has been processed. Processing time is a minimum of 5-7 working days.
Returns & Exchanges:
Please visit us in store to make your exchanges and returns. Please note that we will not be able to process any exchanges or returns during our 15% and 10% promotional weeks. All purchases made within our promotional weeks will have our standard 28 day return policy extended by 2 weeks.
Delivery to School:
Due to the high volume of order being received into store, please allow up to 7 working days for orders to be processed.
We provide a FREE delivery service of your orders to your schools' office DURING TERM TIME ONLY. This option is available to you at checkout but please note the following timing deadlines:
What day will my order be delivered?
Depending on the school’s location we may deliver to your school on a Monday, Tuesday, or Friday.
The delivery date for your school will be listed in (brackets) next to your school's name in the list below.
Is there an order by date for delivery?
Schools with a Friday delivery, please ensure to place your order before 6pm on the Wednesday of the week you would like your goods delivered.
Schools with a Tuesday delivery, please ensure to place your order before 6pm on the Saturday of the week prior to the week you would like your goods delivered.
Schools with a Monday delivery, please ensure to place your order before 6pm on the Friday of the week prior to the week you would like your goods delivered.
